New test method research
I’ve been researching test methods to measure fishing line stiffness. I am looking for suggestions on this. Looking at ASTM test standards for fabrics seems to be the closest I can get but I have not found one that looks right. The two basic methods I have seen are either to measure force while the test medium is pushed through an orifice or to measure deflection.
Looking for ideas here. We want to publish actual measurable data.
